Brian began his real estate career in 1996 originating VA Loans for a California-based mortgage lender. After several years, Brian expanded his experience to include conventional residential real estate financing and commercial real estate financing.
In his career, Brian has closed thousands of real estate transactions, including analyzing over $250 million in commercial real estate properties for acquisition and financing. He has built pro forma and Argus models for retail, office, mixed-use, and multi-family properties. He has identified properties for acquisition and performed due diligence packages for land and energy developers and commercial real estate investors.
Brian has prepared market rent and comparable analysis research, cash flow, IRR, and lease analysis reports for his retail and commercial property owners, and analyzed their commercial properties for the integration of Battery Storage Systems. He has participated in commercial transactions involving EB5 clients, Conservation Easements, and Williamson Act properties.
Brian is certified in Argus, Pro Forma Modeling, and ALTA, is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, a California Notary Public, and has completed DISC and MBTI.
